THE ORIGINS OF KOOKIE STATIONERY™
Combining the "fun and functionality" of trendy stationery and the "yummy-yum" of a cookie was the inspiration for Kookie Stationery™. Combining the abilities and motivation of two life-long friends turned the idea into a reality!
Call it "kookie", but it was fate when in a random conversation one evening centered around passion and things that people love, it was easily unanimous that cookies can represent a huge range of all things good, wholesome, loving and fun.
Having been an artist and team member involved in developing many highly successful products in the crafting and paper industry, it was natural for Heather to be constantly cooking up new ideas. Feeling inspired by the mutual affection for cookies, Heather developed the original concept of Kookie Stationery and shared the idea with Faye.
Thinking the idea was fantastic, Faye encouraged Heather to turn the concept into reality and was likewise encouraged to bring her skill set to the table. Faye's ability to multi-task, gather information and look at things from a different point of view was the missing ingredient that would ensure success.
Both Heather and Faye were ready for a new challenge and so it wasn't long before the duo had turned their creative passion and drive into a batch of ideas that represented the possibility of an amazing product line. A solid business plan was formed between the business partners and Kookie Stationery was born.
