Due to the nature of our product it is not possible for us to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective products. In the case of defective product, Kookie Stationery will provide an authorization code to facilitate product exchange or an account credit. Please contact us via telephone (1-403-720-0423) or email sales@kookiestationery.com to obtain an authorizaton code and receive instruction regarding the exhange or credit. Kookie Stationery will not accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization. All claims for a return or exchange must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. Thank you.
