Shipping Policy and Processes
Please read and acknowledge these Terms and Conditions prior to submitting an order.
Once an order is placed and payment is received, we average 24-48 hours to package stock and prepare it for delivery.
All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice during the checkout process.
Kookie Stationery will attempt to arrange delivery on specific dates as per customer choices in the check out process. Kookie Stationery will not be responsible for any delays due to order fulfillment, delays by the transportation carrier, or any other causes.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery addresses are actual shipping destinations and shipments will be received by the customer. If a package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt.
In the event that the customer makes any alteration to the shipping address after the package has been scanned into the shipping system, Kookie Stationery is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes made by the customer.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Products will be invoiced at their current price as of the date of shipment.
GST is due on all orders shipped within Canada.
Credit
Cash on deliver (COD) orders are not accepted.
Payment
The invoice date will be the same as the shipping date.
