Do Kookie Stationery cookies have a shelf life?
Yes, a best before date is stamped on the back of each cookie package. We guarantee a minimum of 3 months shelf life when we ship our product to retailers, with the average shelf life of 6 months at time of delivery.
What do the cookies taste like?
Our cookies are a crunchy almond "biscuit’ style (yummy!) cookie. They are firm enough to hold the pressure of the marker when being written on.
Are there nuts in Kookie Stationery cookies?
Yes, natural ground almonds are in our cookie recipe.
Is the marker that I write on the cookie with safe to eat?
Yes, Kookie Stationery™ markers contain an FDA approved edible coloring that is 100% safe to ingest.
Can my school do a fundraiser with Kookie Stationery products?
Yes! We are very excited to be developing fundraising programs for schools and organized groups. Please contact us at customerservice@kookiestationery.com to discuss your groups specific needs!
Can I mail my cookie in the regular postal system?
We recommend hand delivery of the cookies. If you choose to use the regular postal system please add extra packaging. We have mailed the cookies successfully by inserting bubble wrap and cardboard support on either side of the cookie before placing it into the package. Remember that the postal system can involve rough handling, please mail them with caution.
Can I order my own custom designs of Kookie Stationery?
We can do custom cookie designs, but due to the very involved process of designing, baking and decorating our cookies, the minimums for a custom design start at 1000 pieces and can be even higher depending on the intricacy of the design. If you are planning an event that would meet these minimums, please be sure to contact us 3 to 4 months in advance to ensure that we have time to go through the development process. For smaller events, like children's birthday parties, retirements, announcements or christenings, many of our cookies have been designed to be multifunctional and they have lots of room to write invitation information onto them!
